Our first tournament game as a team was a success. We came out with a full court man, we had great defensive energy which led to an awesome 20 point win.
Sunday
Game #2
In game two we had a rough start since the other team was pressing us. After the guys settled down, adjusted our press breaker, figured out their zone defense we started playing a great ball game. The guys weren't able to pull a win out of the game with the numbers, but these boys definitely won with the adjustments they made and the amount of heart they played with.
Game #3
We started off strong keeping the score even. The other team was able to get a run of points on us, but after we made the necessary adjustments the guys were able to get their heads back in the game. I am very proud of how the boys played this weekend.
Best Defensive Player: I have to give it to the whole team.
Best Offensive Player- Jonathon Amadi.
